Who is responsible

Semcial, registered in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@semcial.com.

What data we process

• What you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, country, industry, estimated budget, channels of interest and the message you write.
• Technical browsing data: approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site and where you arrived from.
• Your cookie decision, with the date you made it, so we can show we honoured it.

We neither ask for nor need sensitive data. If you send it anyway inside a free-text message, we delete it.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: the pre-contractual relationship you started yourself.
• To measure how the site performs in aggregate: legitimate interest in improving it, or your consent where the law requires it.
• To measure how our ads perform and show you relevant content: only with your consent.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations once we work together.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that deliver a service to us and are contractually bound to process it solely on our instructions:

• Hosting and site delivery.
• Corporate email and the CRM where your enquiry lands.
• Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager) and Meta, for measurement and advertising, and only if you accepted those cookies.
• The contact form provider.

We do not sell personal data or hand it to third parties for their own purposes.

Transfers outside your country

Some of those providers are in the United States or the European Union. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and on the provisions of Argentina’s Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work together: 24 months from the last contact.
• Clients: for the length of the relationship and afterwards for the period tax and commercial rules require.
• Your cookie decision: 12 months, after which we ask again.
• Analytics data: 14 months in identifiable form, aggregated after that.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to take it with you in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting what was done before.

Write to hello@semcial.com. We reply within the ten calendar days set by Argentine law; if you are in the European Union, the period is one month.

If you think we did not resolve it properly, you can complain to Argentina’s Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública or to the supervisory authority in your country.

Minors

This site is aimed at companies and at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change anything material we update the date in the header, and when the change affects your rights we ask you again through the cookie banner.
